Vintage 1972 Sugino Mighty Competition 171mm Double with 52t 44t ChainRings Road Bike Cranks Real Nice Used Vintage Sugino Mighty Competition Square Taper 171mm Crank with Drilled Double 52t and 44t 144 BCD Chain Rings. Nice Crank Set, Sugino's answer and competition to Campagnolo Record Cranks. Cranks are stamped 171 so probably 171mm cranks. Crank date code is 47-5 which looks to be 1972. Mighty Competition ofter was supplied on Japan's High End Road Bikes like: Nishiki, Centurion, Fuji, Miyata, Panasonic, Sekai, and others. Pretty sure some Vintage Raleigh & Schwinn bikes also used these. Cranks were Possibly Used on Vintage Old School BMX Bikes. Cranks are used, in real nice shape, shows minimal wear, nicks, & scratches, chainrings are nice, 144 BCD Chainrings, Nice Survivor, appears be very low miles. Sugino
