Syncros Revolution replacement parts by Specialty Retro Products Titanium bolt and Aluminum spacer kits Specialty Retro Products has developed a line a custom made Titanium bolts to replace your old damaged or missing bolts for your Syncros Revolution cranks. These nuts and bolts are made from Titanium 6-4, same a material that is widely in the aerospace industry because it has a higher tensile and yield strength than Ti 3-2.5. The threads are cold rolled for superior strength. They are then Tiodized to prevent galling between the nut and bolt. The Tiodize process give the bolts this greyish color. This is the same process commonly found in the aerospace industry. It was common that the original Syncros bolt allen heads would get damager during installation so we have upgraded the bolts to use Torx T25 and T30 heads. This will ensure that you can get the bolts to the proper torque levels without damaging the head. It will also allow you to identify your OG parts from the new ones. This kits specific to later non-threaded spider design and are for use with triple chainrings only. The kit includes the following: 5 X Ti 6Al-4V Tiodized bolts T25 head 5 X Ti 6Al-4V Tiodized nuts T30 head 5 X Aluminum spacers 4.5mm thick 5 X Aluminum spacers 1.1mm thick (these were not always used) Copy of the original installation instructions Aluminum spacer kits We have a few extra spacers left over from our production run. These will also be available for sale for a limited time. 5 X Aluminum spacers 4.5mm thick 5 X Aluminum spacers 1.1mm thick 110 BCD replacement spider Our SRP Syncros Revolution replacement 110 BCD Spiders are made to the same specs as the originals, 7075-T6 aluminum with Black Hard Anodizing. Back in the day these spiders were made with threaded inner bolt hole and non-threaded inner bolt holes. These spiders are the non-threaded version, which means you will need the Syncros style bolts to connect these to your cranks. If you are in need of those special bolts and spacers we have them as well. Copy of the original installation instructions is included. We discreetly etched our logo onto the back side of the spider. The etching will be completely covered by crank plate when assembled. This will help to keep our parts separate from the originals as seen in the assembled photos showcasing our spider and bolts. Compact 94 BCD replacement spider Our SRP Syncros Revolution replacement Compact 94 BCD Spiders are made to the same specs as the originals, 7075-T6 aluminum with Black Hard Anodizing. Back in the day these spiders were made with threaded inner bolt hole and non-threaded inner bolt holes. These spiders are the non-threaded version, which means you will need the Syncros style bolts to connect these to your cranks.
