Shimano Dura Ace FC-7800 Display Crank Memorobila Hollowtech Demo

This is an interesting piece I picked up from a shop years ago. Completely unsure of it's origin. Figure it was a dealer piece to show off the hollow crank arms Shimano make, or perhaps someone just felt like running a mill through a perfectly good Dura Ace crank.
Either way it's fun to marvel at. No rings, comes a photographed.
