The Magene ROTOR ALDHU Road Power Meter Crankset combines the Magene P505 spider-based power meter with ROTOR ALDHU crank arms. This is an affordable, high-quality power meter crankset that features dual leg power measurement, +/- 1.0% accuracy and a rechargeable battery with 200 hours of ride time.
ROTOR ALDHU Road crank arms are CNC machined from 7075-aeronautic grade aluminum to offer unmatched rigidity while keeping weight low. These are available in a variety of crank lengths in addition to both 24 mm and 30 mm spindles. This allows riders to customize their crankset and often times, match the bottom bracket already being used in the frame. Key Product Details
Compatibility:
This power meter crankset is compatible with 24 mm or 30 mm bottom brackets, depending on the version ordered. It is also compatible with both 110×4 BCD and 110×5 BCD chainrings.
For Shimano Users:
If you currently have a Shimano road crankset on your bike, this power meter can be a direct replacement. If you select one of the 24MM ALDHU crank sizes, it will come with the same spindle size as your current Shimano crankset and will fit your bottom bracket without any changes. In addition, you can also use your current Shimano chainrings on it. This makes replacing your Shimano crankset very simple and easy.
Power Measurement:
The Magene power meter measures power at the spider and is therefore able to measure power from both legs.

You have the option of either ROTOR ALDHU 24 mm crank arms (uses a 24 mm spindle) or ALHDU 30 mm crank arms (uses a 30 mm spindle). Each of these cranks comes in a wide range of crank arm lengths. Professional Assembly (Optional)
We are happy to professionally assemble your power meter crankset if you select this option when ordering. This ensures your crankset is correctly built and saves you time. Professional assembly includes:

Mount the power meter to the cranks and tighten to factory specifications

Apply multi-purpose bicycle grease where necessary

Install chainrings on the power meter (if chainrings are ordered)

Please note – while we tighten everything to factory specs, it is still your responsibility to routinely check your power meter crankset to make sure all bolts and nuts remain securely fastened. Compatibility Chainrings:
This power meter fits both 110x4 BCD and 110x5 BCD chainrings. In many cases, you can use your existing chainrings assuming they use the same configuration as the power meter you order.
The 110 BCD 4-Bolt version is compatible with all Shimano 4-bolt chainrings, including Shimano 12-speed chainrings. What is BCD?:
BCD (bolt circle diameter) is simply the diameter of a circle that passes through the centers of the bolt holes in your chainring. The BCD is usually stamped right on the chainring as either 110 or 130. It is important to know what BCD your crankset is because assuming you want to use your existing chainrings on your new power meter, you need to order the correct BCD. Bottom Bracket:
This power meter fits 24 mm or 30 mm bottom brackets, depending on the version ordered. If you are ordering the same size as you currently have on your bike, you should be able to re-use your existing bottom bracket.
